At New Western Carrier safety of the material, vehicle and the driver is a priority and thus a Customer Relation Management & Fleet Management Team based out of the headquarters at Pune work 24×7 monitoring key line-haul vehicles, manage check posts, control drivers in their behavior and vehicle usage. Besides, as a pilot project three of the locations namely Bangalore, Pune and Pimpri-Chinchwad are monitored via CCTV to ensure that shipments are not mishandled. A plan to extend the CCTV surveillance to other offices in underway.
